We very much focused on the personal process. We focused on setting up my business. I’ve made life-changing choices. Not once but twice quit my job. And each time, Mayke brought me back to TRUST. She kept guiding me back to myself and the anchor within myself. Mayke planted a seed in me and we started focusing on that. Ik voel mijn zielsmissie nu zó duidelijk.

After my Inner Beauty Retreat, I continued with a mentorship with Mayke. Ideally I wanted a step-by-step plan from her; the seven steps to freedom in my head and peace in my body, or something. But I got a mirror, a bucket of insights and exercises to listen to my heart. Difficult in the beginning, but afterwards exactly what I needed.

From sharing little about myself to being vulnerable and feeling connected, also in parenthood. From “what do others expect of me”, to listening to my heart. From “everything under control” to more flow and adventure. From surviving to living fully. Finally.
And of course, I sometimes experience a little set back into old patterns. But I recognise it when it happens and I know how I can lovingly give it space. And that is exactly what Mayke does; holding a loving space for you to grow. And that’s where the magic happens.

Mayke Niestadt is a coach and guide for (wo)men who want to lead from their hearts and manifest *all the things* as a natural result from their deep connection with self and with God. Mayke works with coaches, healers, product-based businesses, influencers, creatives and people in management positions who are choosing to break out of the corporate world. What they have in common is a vision in their hearts for a world where love, unity and harmony are the rule rather than the exception.
After leading a modeling and hospitality agency for 10 years (which she started at age 21) Mayke left the industry to follow her true hearts calling, which was to organize retreats. She remembered her healing gifts and started working 1:1 not long thereafter. Today she has hosted over 35 retreats in which she guided over 400 people to live their dream lives, and gave hundreds of healing sessions that helped people heal all kinds of emotional and physical ailments.
Love and relationships have always been a big part of her life and taught her to journey from finding the one, to becoming the one. After losing her mother to cancer (as she would say: to the medical industry) a deep fire within her awakened to bring back natural healing to people’s lives by teaching them how to heal, find the correlation between physical symptoms and emotional trauma, and use the powers of the plant kingdom through the use of essential oils.
